Puppy Sales & Placement Agreement

At Supreme Min Pins, our goal is to ensure every puppy is placed into a safe, loving, and responsible home. This agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and care standards associated with purchasing and welcoming one of our Miniature Pinscher puppies.

This agreement exists to protect:

  • The puppy

  • The buyer

  • Our breeding program

All terms are reviewed with approved families prior to final placement.

Puppy Sales Contract

This Puppy Sales Contract is entered into between Supreme Min Pins, hereafter referred to as the “Seller,” and the purchaser, hereafter referred to as the “Buyer.”

To certify the sale of one of the puppies listed on our website: name of puppy and breed.

Buyer Responsibilities

The Buyer agrees to complete payment for the puppy, including any agreed-upon delivery or transportation costs.

The Buyer acknowledges that puppies require proper supervision and agrees not to leave the puppy unattended in unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

The Buyer commits to providing responsible and humane care, including appropriate nutrition, fresh water, a clean and secure living environment, social interaction, mental stimulation, and routine veterinary care.

The Buyer understands that while general information regarding the puppy’s temperament and behavior is provided at the time of placement, the Seller cannot be held responsible for future actions, behaviors, or incidents involving the puppy.

The Buyer grants permission for reasonable follow-up communication from the Seller to confirm the puppy’s wellbeing and successful transition into its new home.

Upon transfer, the Buyer accepts full responsibility for the puppy’s ongoing care, training, and overall wellbeing.

Seller Guarantees

The Seller guarantees that the puppy is in good health at the time of transfer and has received age-appropriate care. Any available health records or documentation will be provided at the time of placement.

The Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of delivery. If a licensed veterinarian determines that the puppy has a serious, pre-existing health condition directly attributable to the Seller, the puppy may be returned for a refund of the purchase price, provided written veterinary documentation is supplied.

Return & Rehoming Policy

If at any point the Buyer is unable to continue caring for the puppy, the Seller must be notified and given the first opportunity to assist with rehoming or to resume care of the puppy.

The Buyer is offered a thirty (30) day placement assurance period. If the Buyer determines the placement is not suitable, the puppy may be returned with provided documentation for a refund of the purchase price.

The Buyer agrees that the puppy will never be sold, leased, traded, or surrendered to a pet store, research facility, animal shelter, or similar organization. Any transfer of ownership must be approved by the Seller to ensure the puppy’s continued wellbeing.
